Mobile Massage
(continued)
We offer home visits to established clients who live within our service area. Due to the complexity of this type of appointment, we do require 48 hours advance notice for cancellations, changes or reschedules on all home visits.

Why consider a home visit?
Mobility challenges clients with disabilities, injuries or who are simply unable to drive now have the option to receive massage.
Time constraints or distance issues if the drive to our studio doesn’t fit into an already overly full schedule, this option brings the service to the customer
Severe insomnia a massage just after dinner might be the answer for the client who has difficulty unwinding. Wouldn’t it be great to slip from the massage table into bed?
Get the most out of your massage in the comfort of your own familiar sanctuary, you can relax more deeply. And without having to drive immediately afterward, the benefits of massage will last longer.

We bring it all!
The table, pillows and supports, linens, oil or massage cream, portable sound system and stand for supplies. For your massage benefit, please consider:

Noise from inside other members of the household, telephones, televisions, radios; these common sounds can become much more noticeable when relaxing.
Noise from outside lawn mowers, street traffic have a similar impact
Environmental elements temperature of the room, amount of light from the windows.
Air quality a smoke-free work area is necessary for the health of the therapist, client and good maintenance of the equipment.

Extra time for the convenience of having service in the home or office, extra setup and breakdown time is necessary. Typically 15 minutes before and after the session is what is required. This time does not impact on session time, and needs to be considered when scheduling an appointment.

What We Need
Ground floor our equipment is heavy and there’s a lot of it. In to provide the best possible treatment, the space we work in needs to be on the first floor.
Plenty of space we need at least an 8x10-foot workspace. This ensures that we can give a relaxed and consistent massage without straining.
Close parking access to the space is also important. Parking in the driveway or near the entry door is ideal; on street is acceptable as long as the access is within 20 yards of the entry.
A clear walkway to avoid injury or damage of equipment and personal property, a clear passage outside and inside the home or office is necessary. Exterior walkways must be cleared of ice, snow, mud, leaves and large puddles, and interior walkways must be wide enough to maneuver through and around any corners.
Enough light to see by a minimal amount of light is required to see equipment and supplies and surroundings. Lighting that is on a dimmer is ideal but not essential, allowing plenty of visibility while setting up and tearing down, and still providing the ability to reduce the light for the client’s benefit while receiving the treatment.

Service Area and Pricing
Service area: Generally, we include cities and towns within a 10 mile radius. Outlying areas require additional consideration, as specified below.

Cost: Pricing is $95 for one hour (per therapist if more than one therapist is requested), and $120 for an hour and a half. Beyond Natick town limits, there is a 1.5-hour minimum for a single person, or a 1-hour minimum each for two or more people.
A travel charge will be calculated based on distance from our office.

Payment Policy on Mobile Massage
All mobile calls to first-time clients are reserved with a credit card. Payment can be made with cash or credit card at the time of the appointment. If paid with cash, the credit card will not be charged. Please understand that we do not accept checks of any kind on first-time visits for house calls.

Changes, cancellations and rescheduling MUST be done with at least 48 hours notice, otherwise the credit card will be charged.
