 Muscular Therapy Massage
Our table massage incorporates elements of many
different techniques, depending on the needs of the client, to achieve
better balance within the body, less muscle tension and more relaxation.
Each session is tailored to the individual and what is happening with
their body at the time of the session. Work can be concentrated on
a specific area for the entire session, or a full-body massage may
be more appropriate.
Sessions are 50 minutes and 80 minutes.

Neuromuscular Technique
Neuromuscular Therapy is used to address five elements that cause pain:
- Ischemia: Lack of blood supply to soft tissues which causes hypersensitivity to touch
- Trigger Points: Highly irritated points in muscles which can refer pain to other parts of the body
- Nerve Compression or Entrapment: Pressure on a nerve by soft tissue or bone
- Postural Distortion: Deviations of the body from a mechanical norm, typically a result of gravity’s pull or routine activities (working on computer, driving, slumping while seated) which hold the body in an imbalanced position over a period of time, and which become locked in the tissue.
- Biomechanical Dysfunction: Imbalance in the musculoskeletal system resulting from faulty movement patterns of the body brought on by injuries, often seemingly insignificant, that are not properly identified and corrected.
This technique manipulates the soft tissue of the body (muscles, tendons and connective tissue) to support balance between the musculoskeletal and central nervous systems. The goal is to help relieve pain and dysfunction by understanding and alleviating the underlying cause. Injury, trauma, postural distortion or stress set off chemical reactions within the body, inhibiting equilibrium and making the body vulnerable to pain and dysfunction.
Prenatal Massage
We offer side-lying techniques, using pillows
for support of mother and child, and a gentle massage to help relieve
the stresses the body goes through during and after pregnancy.
Sessions are 50 and 80 minutes.
Hot Stone Therapy
Our Hot Stone approach incorporates stone placement along the meridians of the spine,
and at important energy points on the extremities, along with massage using
hot stones to sink into the tissue for a completely relaxing experience.
This 80-minute session will leave the recipient relaxed
and revitalized.
Mobile

Chair
Massage
An ideal solution for the person who works at a desk or on the computer,
these 10-minute, fully clothed sessions concentrate on shoulder
and neck tension. The shortened time frame and simple preparation

assisting productivity in the workplace or at any event.
